How did I come to love the Jewish people? I was greatly influenced by three men - my father, my pastor and the headmaster of my children’s school, who was a Holocaust survivor. These three men have had a profound impact on my life and heart.

Sudden Sensory-neural hearing loss is on the rise. More ENTs are having people enter their offices with this medical emergency. It is also called Single-sided hearing loss. For many it is permanent. Whatever you choose to call it, it is very disorienting and tragic to suddenly lose your hearing in one ear.

I experienced this myself in November of 2024. For a while I was thinking about dying. I slept a lot. But eventually I found that life can continue and that God is my greatest helper. I share about this experience in this blog post.
