Dream of two trees

I had this dream 8 years ago in 2016.

I walked to the edge of the property where I live. The road’s name is Union Church Road, which I felt was significant to the meaning of the dream.

At the edge of the property, right at the road, were two very tall fruit trees. They were much larger than normal trees and reached to the sky. They were abounding with fruit!

I walked to the first tree which was a pear tree. I touched the fruit. It was ripe! It was ready to be harvested.

I walked to the second tree and saw enormous apples. These apples were much bigger than apples I have seen before. I touched one of the large apples and I heard a voice that said, “These need the heat of summer. Then they will be ready to be harvested.”

I instinctively knew that the apples and pears represented human souls and that the harvesting represented bringing people into the Kingdom of God.

I was very concerned and said, “How will all of this fruit be harvested? There is so much! There aren’t enough people to harvest them.” I feared that ripe fruit would fall to the ground and be spoiled.

I heard the voice of Christ in my mind.

“Ask the LORD of the Harvest send out workers into His harvest field.” Matthew 9:38

Warning. If you start to pray Matthew 9:38, you, yourself will eventually go into the harvest field. I hope you do go. I hope you pray. I hope you will harvest souls.
